I have not heard from anyone regarding the house on Sungate. I have paid you 2000.00 plus an extra 350 for a tarp. This is regarding the reconstruction work for the Sansing household at 9 Rebecca St. New Braunfels, TX 78132. We are trying to resolve a payment issue and are now getting calls from a lawyer regarding the matter. We have repeatedly tried to get someone from MacKenzie to call us about some work that was not done correctly and to get a check for some broken things. We spoke to Laurie at the beginning of July, who said she would have someone call us and called other times to leave a message. We have told the lawyer that we are still waiting to hear back from your company and he said he has relayed the message to you as well. Currently we are wanting the insulation in the attic to installed correctly or for someone to at least talk to us about it. It appears that it is not paperback as billed or has been installed upside down and messily. We also have some things that were broken by the movers and still not reimbursed. Throughout the entire process of reconstruction that started about a year ago, there have been a huge number of shortcuts, discrepancies and poor customer service. We spoke to USAA about getting a check reissued to pay the account and they reiterated have that we should not make a payment until we are satisfied with the work from your company. They have asked for a written list and photos of the items that were not done correctly which we are going to provide since the times we have contacted your company about them, our concerns have been dismissed rudely, grudgingly fixed after several complaints or just ignored. We were really hoping for better with the backing of USAA and the values on which your company wants to be based. Sincerely, The Sansing Family
